I am very satisfied with the Aqua bath. I get in and out of the bath comfortably, the door works very well and it definitely shortens the time to get in and out. The seat is comfortable and the handles help to get up and out easier. With my poor balance and sore legs I would definitely recommend it, it is a big help for me.
Nice jacuzzi (the tub itself), but the team is sadly incapable w.r.t. installing a working wifi unit with heat pump. It has now been 5 months, and the Aqua Spas team have not solved my problems and also stopped responding to my requests. The wifi unit does not work, which means I paid extra for nothing.

Very nice. Just take 3h30 to 4 hours to bring water from 18 to 38 degrees and 2 to 3 bags of wood.
When I first saw this concept of hottub heated by fire, I was amazed! After checking what was available on the market, did I go visit AQUA SPAS and spoke to the Ruben, sales and Ernst the technical guru. I was shown around in the manufacturing plant and was impressed by the operation. I placed my order and received our tub the month after. It was transported and placed by a professional company. We already used it several times, and at the time of this writing, are we deep into the winter and we're having an awesome experience. I can highly recommend AQUA SPAS with their products and their services.
