Our Promotion of Access to Information Act manual, and the official forms for requesting access to records or exercising your personal information rights.
Aqua Spas (Pty) Ltd is a private body for the purposes of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000. In line with section 51 of that Act, our PAIA Manual is published below, together with direct links to the official forms published by the Information Regulator. The forms on the Regulator’s website are editable and are always the current version.
Our PAIA Manual
Our manual explains what records we hold, who to contact, how to request access to a record, what it may cost, and what to do if a request is refused. It also contains the record of our processing activities required by section 17 of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

The manual is also available for inspection, free of charge, at our registered office at Hibernian Towers, 120 Beach Road, Strand, during normal business hours, and will be provided on request by email.

Protection of Personal Information (POPIA) Forms
Use these forms to object to the processing of your personal information, or to request that we correct or delete it. Completed forms should be sent to our Information Officer.

Your Rights and How to Complain
If you are unhappy with a decision we take on a request for access to a record, or you believe we have interfered with the protection of your personal information, you may lodge a complaint directly with the Information Regulator. You do not need a lawyer and there is no charge.
