Confidentiality
Emails from Aqua Spas, including any attachments, are confidential and intended only for the named recipient(s). If you have received an email in error, please notify the sender immediately by reply and then delete it. Any use, copying, disclosure or distribution of the email by anyone other than the intended recipient is prohibited.

Banking details and payment fraud
Aqua Spas will never change its banking details by email. Before making any payment, please confirm our banking details telephonically on [021 023 0305] with a known staff member. Aqua Spas accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from payment into an incorrect account as a result of fraudulent or intercepted emails.

No binding agreement
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no email from Aqua Spas constitutes an offer, acceptance or binding agreement. Quotations, orders and agreements are only binding once confirmed in writing on an official Aqua Spas document signed or issued by an authorized representative. Nothing in an email shall be construed as an electronic signature for purposes of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, unless expressly stated.

Personal views
Views and opinions expressed in an email are those of the individual sender and do not necessarily represent those of Aqua Spas, unless clearly stated otherwise by an authorized representative.

Viruses and security
Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free. Although Aqua Spas takes reasonable precautions, it does not warrant that emails or attachments are free of viruses, interception, corruption or delay. Recipients should carry out their own virus checks. Aqua Spas accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the receipt or use of its emails.

Personal information (POPIA)
Aqua Spas processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Personal information received by email is used only for the purpose for which it was provided and is handled with appropriate care. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, please reply with “unsubscribe” or contact the sender.

Monitoring
Aqua Spas may monitor and record email communications sent to or from its systems, as permitted by law, for business, security and compliance purposes.

Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
